There is a lot of mystique surrounding Charisma. This benefits the people that already ‘just get it’, making having charisma more rare and more valuable. Most charismatic people were lucky by having the right social experiences throughout their live that taught them to behave in ways that are inherently socially liked. Charisma isn’t indescribable or inborn like many like to believe.

Charisma starts with your mental and physical expression towards the outside world.

• Human beings are superficial. Physical attractiveness matters a lot in our social interactions which is why it’s important to look good. It’s the whole package that matters: evolutionary attractive face, fit/muscular body definition, posture, groomed and styled hair, good looking and tailored clothes, a pleasant smell, make-up (for women), etc. According to studies, people who are rated the most attractive are more likely to become very successful in life. You could say attractiveness is the greatest source of unearned privilege.
• Be assertive. Charismatic people start the conversations that normal people are too afraid to start. With starting conversations comes fear of rejection which most people try to avoid. If you can walk up…
