The Patterns of Routine: Lines That Guide Us

Imagine your daily routine as a line. Some lines are straight and predictable, guiding us from morning to night with tasks and responsibilities. Others are winding, full of unexpected turns, reflecting the uncertainty of life.

Routines are important because they give our days structure, much like lines give a drawing its framework. They help us move forward, stay productive, and feel a sense of accomplishment. Yet, too much rigidity in these patterns can make us feel trapped. Life becomes a grid, repetitive and uninspiring.
