How to Overcome the Devastation of Narcissistic Discard
You live the way you did prior to being discarded or prior to be entangled with a narcissist. You live because of you, not because of a someone who has narcissistic personality disorder. They are not the reasoning for your existence though they will have you believing that false narrative.
