The 30-Minute Truth Test for Spotting Narcissists

This isn’t a recognized psychological exam. It’s more of a casual evaluation of character.

Do this continuously for 30 minutes.

Talk to them just the truth.

Point out to them facts that have been noticed objectively.

This test cannot be passed by all narcissists.

What happens if a narcissist doesn’t pass this test?

They’ll come up with dumb conversational answers.

When you point out that a narcissist failed to make sense, they will double down with more difficult salads instead of reevaluating themselves, which sends them into a recursive spiral of worse and worse salads (and what they say gets stupider and stupider). This works if you only give them one thing every 30 minutes to discard, but if they are forced to discard every single point of yours for 30 minutes straight, it starts to get pretty obviously stupid. They will escalate and move from micro-antagonism to more overt forms of antagonism when you chastise them for their weaponizations and micros, such as weaponized switching off, micro-antagonism, and micro-aggression. This makes everything more explicit (they become officially passive aggressive, which is stupid because passive aggression needs to be covert to be not stupid).
