No.

There’s no diagnosis for “covert narcissist” from the play pretend professionals who call themselves psychologists, psychiatrist, counselors and therapists.

Who wouldn’t know a narcissist if they bit them, unless they happened to be in a romantic relationship with a narcissist, or have a parent who was narcissistic.

Things are getting better, slowly, but as a whole therapists have no idea what they’re dealing with. It’s not entirely the fault of counseling professionals.

Narcissists don’t exactly flood the counseling profession with their overwhelming pleas for help.

All narcissists hide. Some hide better than others. That’s all covert means.

Hidden.

Deep under cover, operating with a secret mission you know nothing about.

The Emperor’s New Clothes

Covert narcissists are PERVERSE.

No, not perverted, although they are that

They’re perverse. Twisted. They pretend to be A n Honorable Man (or woman), but they’re not really honorable at all.

Instead, they court a collective delusion.
