Do strong women and narcissists attract each other? Definitely not.
You might think you’re strong-willed. You might even believe you’re strong. But here’s the truth: narcissists aren’t interested in truly strong, self-confident people who know exactly who they are and see reality clearly.
Because a truly strong woman wouldn’t put up with a narcissist’s bullshit for two seconds.
Now, don’t get me wrong.
I’m not saying that women who end up with narcissists — especially covert narcissists — don’t have strength.
We endure the most vile abuses and, more often than not, come out standing tall on the other side.
It’s the kind of strength that most people can only dream about.
Narcissistic abuse would crumple most people up like a used Kleenex.
And I’m not saying that a strong woman might not be attracted to a narcissist.
But here’s the key difference: a truly strong woman — someone who knows herself, values herself, and enforces boundaries — will send a narcissist running in the opposite direction.
