Why Narcissists Replace You Without a Second Thought

They move on so easily, because there wasn’t an emotional attachment. The attachment was associated with narcissistic supply, not directly with you per say. The victim only serves the purpose of the narcissists wants, needs, desires, and fantasies. They move on so easily because they were never invested from the jumpstart. It was all an act to get their wants or need met rather it was attention, sex, someone to fill their empty void, money, admiration, boredom, instant gratification, a place to stay, or until someone else comes along who has more-better narcissistic supply. Even if you were the one that ended the relationship with the narcissist, you will discover that they will be in another relationship before you can blink an eye. This is how they operate; they are not committed to no one thus making it easy for them to move on so easily.

When they were involved with you, they already had someone else lined up just in case you don’t meet their needs or things don’t work out. They feel that people and things will make them happy and fill their emptiness. They see other people as objects, and they keep their supply well stocked or on reserve. You may have one spare tire in your car in case of a flat or blow out, figuratively speaking a narcissist has several spares as a replacement of their victim.
